10. WHAT'S UP WITH PEOPLE WITH MILLION PET PEEVES?

My topic for today are pet peeves. Now I do not know whether we only get to have one or be like some people and have hundreds, depending on the place you are. Every person has their own different pet peeve; some share them and are annoyed by the same things. I know lots of things annoy me, but I have only one pet peeve in particular. If I am out, it doesn’t really matter where I am at, whether I am, at a store, a restaurant, at a wedding, you name it. My one and only pet peeve has got to be children who don’t behave, I am sorry but I just can't stand them, I do love kids, specially the babies, but there has got to be discipline (cough… PARENTS…cough) I remember that when I was younger, if I dared to do a stunt on my mother she would give this pinch on my arm, it sounds a little mean and harsh, but now I see why she did it. There is nothing uglier than a little brat acting spoiled in public. But enough about me and my pet peeve, what I have to say is, what is up with people with hundreds of pet peeves, people always tell me of their main annoyance and they seem to have a bunch, so what I say, is there is nothing wrong with choosing one, one in particular u hate and detest the most, one that just grinds your gears.

09. WHAT'S UP WITH PEOPLE WHO KEEP TEXTING YOU EVENTHOUG YOU DON’T THEM TEXT BACK?

There are times when people text me, and i don't text them back either becasue I’m just not in the mood to text back, or because what they wrote is boring for me, I know I sound like a jerk, but it is true, and I bet you reading this do it as well so don’t judge. Anyways as I was saying people text me and I don’t text back and decide to ignore them, but in less than two minutes they send a few more texts, and once again they are boring so I still don’t answer. And then the impossible happens and this person decides to call me, in shock, and with the feeling of guilt of not answering the texts, I decide not to answer the call either. Who knows there is that chance of them reproaching to me on how I didn’t answer the uninteresting texts. So here is what I want to say: people if you text someone and if they don’t answer back, then fine you stop texting them, I am sure you have more friends to bother.

08. WHAT'S UP WITH MY LITTLE BROTHER TRYING TO RAP?

I might have mentioned before about my three brothers, well Jonathan my little brother always finds a way to annoy me either by making a mess in the house, borrowing my belongings, or bugging me with that soccer ball of his. But lately he has decided to be more proactive and take the annoyance to the next level. He has a weird obsession with rapping. Apparently one of his friends, I believe his name is Victor introduced Jonathan or Joni as we call him into the style of rapping. Joni is constantly writing raps, some of them rhyme, most of them don’t. I think it is a great idea for him to do that, but it gets extremely annoying when he starts singing them to me, YES, he actually SINGS them to me, they all have the same beat or sounds very close the same. Now these raps are in Spanish, and that’s weird because I don’t usually hear any raps in Spanish, they do exist and there are such singers, but they are not my thing, but apparently they are his, and Victor’s as well. I have tried to make him stop, I actually told him that rapping is a modern way to write poetry which is true, so he would stop because he doesn’t like poems, but he didn’t believe me. The irony! He even said I was jealous because he can write songs and I can’t. And that’s where he is wrong because I have actually written some good ones; I just don’t show them to everyone or sing them to annoy others. All I hope is that this is just a phace; better yet that he gets better at it, or simply for him to stop singing them to me.

07. WHAT'S UP WITH PEOPLE PRETENDING TO KNOW SONGS?

I always see people do this, sometimes even I do it! When a song comes on the radio, or you are simply listening to some song, there is always a person that says “oh I love this song!” and they start singing it, but then it gets to the point where they no longer know the song and what is there to do but start humming it, or just shake the head to the beat. Now I find it extremely hilarious when the person who is singing starts mouthing the song out, but it is better yet when they change the words, I know I do that! Then someone else then corrects me and then I’ll burst out laughing.
